- production of all sales collateral
- advertising and media schedules
- delivery of sales centre (if applicable)
- reporting of related external consultants

- assistance with furniture selections
- assistance with schedule of finishes (finishes boards)

- prepare initial sales & marketing budgets
- review on regular basis

- liaise with solicitors in relation to contract production

- reporting and tracking with solicitors

- assist with initial selection and briefing of PR agency
- ensure that all PR and media opportunities are utilized to promote the project

- assist with compilation of lease back/pooled income schemes & management rights

- supervision of professional sales staff
- review ongoing sales trends
- establish reporting systems
- report sales progress to developers /stakeholders as required
